At Let Me Slay You, every appointment is treated like a moment of luxury. To ensure fairness, respect for time, and the best experience for everyone, the following policies apply to all hair, lash, and service appointments.

All service appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  1. Deposits secure your date and time
  2. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received
  3. Deposit amounts will be clearly listed during booking
  4. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment

✨ Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.


🍦 No Deposit = No Slay

Appointments without a paid deposit will not be held.
No exceptions. No stress. Just clear expectations.


⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule:

  1. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance
  2. One reschedule may be allowed at our discretion
  3. Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited if proper notice is not given

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.


⏳ Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  1. Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled
  2. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation
  3. Deposits will be forfeited if the appointment cannot be completed

To keep your experience smooth and flawless:

  • Come with clean, dry hair or lashes (unless otherwise stated)

  • Follow any prep instructions provided during booking

  • Let us know in advance about allergies, sensitivities, or special requests


✨ Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction matters. If you have concerns during your appointment, please communicate them at the time of service so we can address them immediately.

Once the service is completed, no refunds are issued.


❗ Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us directly with any concerns before filing a dispute or chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in a permanent ban from future bookings.
